Budget and Accounting Officer

Job responsibilities:

Quantity calculation, fabrication of basic construction budget, engineering construction budget

-Update and adjust the quantity of occurrences in the project estimation file

-Implement supervision projects and urge completion on schedule

-Realize final accounts and project acceptance

-Make final accounts with property owners and subcontractors

-Prepare construction documents, acceptance documents, completion documents, and project final accounts

-Regularly update legal documents related to the formulation and management of construction investment costs; The unit price and types of materials in the market

-Implement other tasks assigned by leaders
