Job responsibilities:

-Responsible for project construction management, technical management, quality management, safety, and environmental management, establishing management systems and regulations, and organizing their implementation

-Responsible for organizing the preparation of project construction management plan, main technical scheme, safety technical scheme, cost management scheme, etc

-Responsible for the preparation, review, and approval of construction quality and safety technical plans for the project department, as well as process inspection and supervision work

-Responsible for organizing project construction labor, bulk materials, mechanical equipment, professional subcontracting procurement, leasing, bidding plan work, preparing bidding documents, etc

-Responsible for organizing project cost accounting, construction budget, completing project schedule and output plan, analyzing sub item construction costs, and evaluating the construction costs of major construction nodes; Monthly report work, completion settlement, and project payment collection, etc

-Responsible for the completion and acceptance of engineering projects, etc
