Job responsibilities:
-Read, understand, and develop architectural drawings based on the 1/500 drawings of the 1/2000 plan
-Carry out facade, section, and related drawings during the design and construction permit process
-Lead the design, integrate files (including manuals and drawings), and coordinate with each other to complete the files for the design and licensing stages
-Candidates with good perspective, proficiency in Revit, or a practicing certificate will be given priority consideration
-Implement other requirements instructed by superiors
